Shipping and delivery
All orders received before 2pm (NZST) Monday through to Friday are eligible for same day dispatch from our New Zealand facility.
We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s journey. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.
New Zealand orders
New Zealand orders are sent using NZ Post tracked courier. Please note NZ Post periodically experiences service delays in various parts of New Zealand as a result of heightened Covid-19 safety procedures. Please visit the NZ Post website for their service and delivery updates here
New Zealand (Postal Rates Effective from 01/04/2022)
Orders under $100 have a flat rate of $10 per order for New Zealand orders, including rural delivery.
All New Zealand orders over $100 will ship free of charge, including rural delivery.
International orders
We currently have a number of options for international orders. These will be sent using NZ Post, using either Economy + Tracking service or EMS International Courier.
Where applicable, shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. Please note there are some free shipping options, and we do offer regular specials with free shipping, so please be sure to sign up to receive these offer codes.
Currently we are aware of delays across the global network due to the impact of Covid 19 and freight capacity issues. Please check current delay issues with NZ Post International here .
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Mountain Red. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.
Customs and Import Regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some products may be prohibited for importation into certain countries, or may require additional import permits.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.
Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we will endeavour to make note of this on our website.
It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country.
Mountain Red Limited accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.
Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.
If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we will refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us.
We cannot provide a refund until we've received the products back. We do not provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your locations customs due to containing items which are prohibited.
We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
Some jurisdictions place limits or exclusions on the importation of dietary supplements, including Deer Velvet Antler, and you should take all necessary steps to ensure that the importation of Mountain Red products is permitted into your country or location. Mountain Red cannot be held responsible for orders that are detained or confiscated by such authorities, and no refund will be provided to you in such cases.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Mountain Red is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. Mountain Red cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.
NZ Post provides safe and fast shipping worldwide. Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.

Product Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sustainable and Recyclable Packaging
As part of our commitment to the environment, we have moved to sustainable and recyclable packaging where possible.
Our compostable mailers are made from a combination of PBAT, a bio based polymer which is compostable, and PLA which is made up of plant materials such as regular field corn and wheat straw. Our use of PLA makes up barely 0.05% of the annual global corn crop, making it an incredibly low-impact resource.
Our bags are certified by the leading authorities worldwide; meeting American, European, International and Australian standards – including certifications for your domestic home compost. To gain these certifications, the product must break down within 90 days in commercial compost and 180 days in domestic compost conditions, including worm farm compost. After degradation, they must leave no harmful residues behind.
All of our packaging for international orders includes fully recyclable tissue paper.
Our personalised tissue is made from cellulose fibre where the active acid pulp is eliminated during processing. It is also lignin- and sulphur-free, meaning that our ink won’t transfer from the tissue and the paper won’t leave behind any of these chemicals when decomposing. As with our certified packaging from responsible sources, the tissue paper is FSC Certified. The FSC or Forest Stewardship Council certifies that the paper products that make up our printed tissue paper are sourced from a forest and supply chain that is managed responsibly and sustainably. FSC forest management standards are developed at an international level, and are then adapted to individual countries’ legal, social, and geographical settings, through national standards.
